Summary: Naruto and Hinata are just friends. Just friends? Or friends with benefits?

My first NaruHina oneshot…I love it second best to SasuSaku and since I was writing like, ten SasuSaku oneshots at a time, I thought I should do a little bit of NaruHina as well.

Me: *slaps Naruto for still not noticing Hinata even though she bloody TOLD him that she loves him*

Naruto: Ow! TT_TT

RPC Rocks!

'Blah blah blah blah blah blah'

That was what I hear all morning.

From everyone.

I mean, everyone says that teachers keep on blah-ing but this morning, I felt like all my friends were blah-ing too.

And that includes my best friend Sakura.

'Hinata. You're not listening to a word I'm saying.' She says.

Shit.

Am I really that easy to figure out?

Apparently.

'I was!' I say. 'I heard everything you said. Every word.'

'Uhuh. Then tell me what I said about Naruto?'

'What?'

She laughs in my face.

'I knew that would catch your attention. Chill okay? I wasn't talking about him.'

I hate her.

Well, no I love her actually but I hate her when she teases me about Naruto.

I hate everyone who teases me about Naruto.

Because somehow, without me telling anyone, the whole school knows that I am head over heels in love with him.

Maybe I'm too obvious, maybe Hanabi and Neji read my diary and told everyone, although the former seems a bit more likely.

Oh yeah, the whole school knows.

Including Mr. Right.

And not because someone blabbed on me.

Because I blabbed on myself.

In other words, I told him I love him.

And you know what he said?

'We are just friends.'

Asshole.

'Hinata, why don't you just talk tohim?' Sakura is saying.

'What? To who?'

'Naruto, duh!'

'Oh. I can't! It's already awkward between us since we had that conversation and I don't want to make it worse. What would I do if our friendship breaks too?'

'Blow shit up.'

'Oh come on Sakura. You know I can't tell hi-'

'HEY NARUTO! COME OVER HERE A MINUTE, HINATA WANTS TO TALK TO YOU!'

WHAT?

That little…

I'll kill her.

Naruto comes up from behind me.

'Hey.' He says

'H-Hi..' I stutter.

Great. Stuttering in front of the guy of my dreams. So awesome.

'What was it you wanted to tell me?'

'I…uhh…I played Death Quest like you told me to. It was great. Amazing! Any more suggestions?'

I didn't play Death Quest.

I tried to actually. But it sucked. So I played Fancy Pants instead.

'Cool! Have you played Bully? It rocks too. You should. I can lend you the CD if you want. Come over to mine after school right? Then I'll give it to you.

Me and Naruto are into PC games.

No he is actually. I only like a few. Like Fancy Pants.

And Super Mario.

You know. The cute and easy ones?

Yeah.

'I hate you.' I say to Sakura the minute Naruto leaves.

She laughs hysterically.

'That's what friends are for honey.'

'To be hated?'

'For things like this, yes.'

'I still hate you.'

'Thanks, bitch.'

'Whore.'

'Slut.'

*Please excuse me, I'd rather not go into the details of our extremely rude conversation.*

School's OUT! I'm going-

'Hinata!'

-home?

Riiiiiiiiight. The video game.

Shit.

'Hinata! Come on! I'll drop you home later!' Naruto says from across the students parking lot.

'Okay…' I call back.

I slowly walk towards his car.

Some of his fangirls shoot daggers at me.

No surprise really.

I was the only one with enough gall to confess and he didn't say anything to me? According to them, that's an unforgivable sin.

Naruto opens the door of his car and I reluctantly sit inside.

'Can't you just bring the CD to school tomorrow?'

'Nope. Firstly, it might be confiscated. Second, I need to talk to you.'

'Ooookay…what?'

'When we get home.'

I sit in suspense for the whole ride home and when we're safely in his room, choosing out different CDs, he pokes me.

'What?' I ask.

'Uhh I wanted to say…um…I think I was mistaken.'

'Mistaken? About what?'

'About…my response to your confession.'

'What confession?'

'You know. When you said you love me?'

Oh. That confession.

'Don't force yourself. Its only me. It doesn't have to be you too.'

'No, that's not it. Since you said that, I can't get you out of my mind and I keep thinking about your smooth skin and your long hair and how much I want to kiss those soft full lips.' He looks embarrassed and I am beyond shocked.

He likes me?

Then why did he humiliateme by saying we're Just friends?

Stupid Asshole.

Suddenly, without warning, he grabs my hand and pulls me close, hugging me hard.

'Naruto. What if I-'

I didn't get to complete my sentence because just then, he clamped his lips onto mine.

I responded.

I'm not happy that I responded as enthusiastically as I did. Especially since my opinion of him had changed (about 1 %? -_-) since he turned me down.

But I did respond.

Very eagerly.

We fell down on his bed, our tongues intertwined.

We kissed until we were about to asphyxiate before we broke apart.

'Why?' I whispered panting.

'Because I realized what you are to me.' He whispered back.

'But…what if I don't want to go ahead with this? What if I want us to be just friends?'

'I doubt that you do. But if you do, we can be friends.'

I looked at him.

'Friends…' He whispered as he leaned in to kiss me again, '…with benefits.'

Hmmm.

I guess I could live with that.

A/N: I like it. Its cute-ish. It could be longer but I'm too damn lazy to think about it anymore.

Hinata should be a tomboy. She'd be way cooler then.
